- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut off the tops of the rolls and hollow out the insides. Brush the inside of each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fill according to taste and whatever your fridge offers.
- Break an egg and pour it onto the filling. You can use only the egg white.
- Season with salt and pepper again. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes and loosely cover the baking sheet with foil. Bake another 20-25 minutes, until the eggs are cooked.
