    1. First prepare the potatoes by peeling them and cooking them in lightly salted water until tender.
    2. After cooking, drain all the water and mash the potatoes into a smooth mass. Let them cool to room temperature so they are easier to work with.
    3. Then add the all-purpose flour with a little salt and also add the grated Parmesan.
    4. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a uniform mixture. If the mixture seems too loose and is difficult to work with, add a small amount more flour.
    5. Then prepare a work surface, dust it with a little flour and roll the dough into a circle.
    6. Then cut it into even triangles, similar to a pizza. Sprinkle a little grated hard cheese on the end of each piece. Then roll up the slice of potato dough.
    7. Place the individual crescents in a pan with heated oil and fry until golden.
