Preparation procedure

  • Dough preparation – In a bowl, mix the flour, softened fat and sour cream. Knead into a smooth dough, which we let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Rolling and cutting out – Roll the dough on a floured surface into a sheet about 3-4 mm thick. Use a glass or a round cutter to make circles.
  • Filling the canapés – Place a slice of sausage on half of the circles. Beat the egg with pepper and brush it onto the edges of the dough. Cover with the second circle, press gently and brush again with egg.
  • Baking – Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 15 minutes, until the canapés are golden.
