Method:
Mix the mashed potatoes with salt, the egg, and corn flour and knead the dough. If the dough is very sticky, you can add more corn flour☺️
From the finished dough form a roll (see video) and carefully place it into boiling salted water for 15 min.

If you’re worried the dumpling might fall apart, you can wrap it in cling film, tie both ends and boil it in the water like this😉

After cooking, take the dumpling out, spray it with coconut oil and let it cool. Then simply slice it, lightly pan-fry it and you can serve it with your favorite dish.
