My mom recommended this foot bath to me a long time ago, but I only really started using it in recent years. When my feet began to hurt more after work, swelling and a feeling of heavy legs appeared as well, I tried it and have practiced it regularly ever since. Just 15–20 minutes and I feel reborn. My feet are much better, I feel refreshed and, above all, no pain. My mom used it to ease arthritis pain as well.
Foot bath that relieves foot pain, gets rid of swelling and fatigue
Mix 1–2 cups of apple cider vinegar with six cups of warm water and soak your feet in this liquid, leaving them to soak until the water cools. This bath is excellent for the feeling of heavy and swollen feet — thanks to its high potassium content it helps reduce fluid retention, which is a common cause of foot swelling. It also works against unpleasant tingling in the legs, RPE which I often had trouble falling asleep because of; definitely try it — it’s harmless and can feel really good after a hard day.
Vinegar compresses also help with swelling — they can even help with swelling after an insect bite.

For healthy intestines (use for a maximum of one month)
Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, which is its main component — it makes it acidic and gives it an antiseptic effect. It is a balm for the intestines. It can treat all intestinal problems — from gas to diarrhea to various colics. It also supports digestion (thanks to malic acid). In addition to that, apple cider vinegar contains citric acid, minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium …), vitamin B, C and folic acid.
