Nothing that happens to us happens by chance, not even illness. Every health problem or disease has its cause and its meaning. Different parts of our physical body and different health problems correspond to our overall way of living, thinking and feeling.

Emotions

The body is trying to tell us through illness that we have taken the wrong path, that we should stop, tidy up our soul, settle interpersonal relationships and the relationship to ourselves, sincerely forgive ourselves and others by bringing life situations that hurt us out of the subconscious and “cleaning” them once and for all.

The past can no longer be changed, so it is pointless to torment ourselves over it. That is easily said but harder done. It is precisely then that an experienced specialist in Psychosomatics can be of great help.

It has been proven that suppressing emotions can lead to the blockage of specific cellular receptors in the human body. These blocks then hinder normal communication between cells, damage many bodily functions, weaken normal immune responses and have the potential to lead to disease.

Thinking about the future causes anxiety, which over time drains energy from the kidneys. This subsequently leads to chronic fatigue .

The lungs, on the other hand, are strengthened by: courage and a sense of justice.

6) Stress

Chronic stress affects the overall functioning of the body. If it persists long-term it can cause very serious health problems.

The heart is positively affected by: love, joy and happiness.

The brain is, in turn, strengthened by all positive emotions.
