Among the many ways of eating, it is sometimes difficult to find the right one that would best suit your figure and show effective results. These porridges are approved by nutrition advisors and their benefits are clear.

The diet is set for 7 days of low-calorie eating during which you will experience rapid and comfortable weight loss. It is suitable for those people who want to say goodbye to 5-6 kilos and it is not even time-consuming to prepare!

 

Porridges are beneficial for the body – they contain fiber, vitamins, valuable trace elements (depending on the type of grains), carbohydrates and proteins. They form an excellent basis for dietary eating, because each grain has a unique effect on our body.

The principle is based on six days during which you should eat one type of grain (a different porridge each day). On the seventh day a porridge is prepared from a mixture of all the grains.

Menu:
 

Monday – wheat porridge
Tuesday – millet porridge
Wednesday – oat porridge
Thursday – rice porridge
Friday – barley porridge
Saturday – pearl barley porridge
Sunday – porridge made from the above-mentioned grains
 

It is most appropriate to start this diet on a Monday and to prepare the first porridge (wheat) on Sunday evening. Pour hot water over the wheat in a ratio of 1:3, boil for 5 minutes, cover and let stand. In the morning start by drinking a glass of lukewarm water with lemon and after 20 minutes you can start with the porridge!

 
Seasoning with salt, sugar or butter is prohibited. Eat porridge every 3-4 hours as soon as you feel hungry. During the diet you can consume fresh vegetables (carrot, cucumber, tomato, pepper), fruit (apples and citrus fruits) and kefir in moderate amounts.

 

Give up fish, meat, eggs, milk, alcohol, sweets and baked goods. As for liquids, unsweetened tea and water in sufficient amounts are allowed. Important: if you suffer from any disease of the digestive system, consult your doctor about this diet.

After one week intestinal function will improve, the body will naturally cleanse itself, and will be enriched with vitamins and trace elements, which will be reflected in your figure, skin, hair and nails.
