Lately more and more people are interested in negative energies, which, if they accumulate, for example in the rooms where we spend large amounts of time, can be the source of many health problems and unpleasant feelings. One of the ways to rid our home of negative energy, according to the teachings of feng shui, is the placement of houseplants that are able to absorb these energies and themselves produce positive energy. Another way to fill the home with positive energy is to place a special solution made from salt, white vinegar and water.
The miraculous power of salt
Salt plays a significant role in human lives; it is important not only for the food industry, but also for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. For millennia it has also been a part of many healing and relaxation procedures: it relaxes stiff muscles, softens the skin, helps with flu or colds and, not least, is used in detoxifying the body. So why not use it to cleanse our environment as well? In the cleansing procedure its positive charge is used, thanks to which salt is able within a few minutes to attract and absorb all the negative energy that is in its vicinity.
Preparation of a special mixture to absorb negative energy
To prepare this miraculous solution you will need nothing more than a little salt, white vinegar and water. Mix these ingredients preferably one to one in a jar or glass bowl. Then place it in the room where you spend the most time and leave the jar or bowl there for one day and one night. Then remove the jar with the mixture from the room and wash the jar thoroughly. If you still feel negative energies in the room, repeat the procedure several times. In the case of heavy contamination of the room with negative energy it is recommended to place a glass bowl with one kilogram of salt in each corner of the room and leave it there until the next day. Negative energy accumulates the most in the corners.
Final tip
With salt you can also easily prepare a salt wrap that will remove negative energy from your body. All you need for the wrap is a basin into which you pour coarse sea salt. Ideally both soles of the feet should be completely covered with salt. First slowly place your feet into the basin of salt and leave them still for a few minutes. Then begin to gently massage your feet with the salt; later you can slowly start to shift your weight in the salt, turn around or hop. Enjoy the salt wrap for fifteen to twenty minutes.
