In 1976 the United States Senate established a commission called “The Influence of Nutrition on Human Health”, under the leadership of Senator George McGovern.

This commission was tasked with determining the impact of the Western diet on the health of Americans.

Shocking findings of the expert commission about the causes of cancer

After hearing the expert opinions of the leading American cancer specialists of the time, Senator McGovern directly and openly asked the then director of National Cancer Institute (National Cancer Institute) Arthur Upton how many cancer cases were caused by the American style of eating.

Dr. Upton answered: “Approximately 50%”.

Taken aback by his answer, McGovern asked: “How can you acknowledge a link between nutrition and cancer and then present a budget in which only 1% (ONE! -Translator’s note) of your research funding is allocated to addressing this problem?”

Dr. Upton replied: “That is a question that troubles me as well”.

Organizations such as National Cancer Institute and, in our country, various foundations and cancer leagues (whose members are mostly oncologists themselves) do not support focusing on cancer prevention (or if they do, it is only superficially).

This is because the only viable way to show huge profits is by “treating” people who are sick with cancer.

Even large corporations producing foods that cause cancer constantly try to distract from the fact that cancer can be prevented.

They continually pressure the government, parliament or so‑called public health organizations so that the public is not informed about the possibilities of preventing cancer through healthy nutrition.

Isn’t this deliberate harm to health that should be addressed legally?

Two‑time Nobel laureate Dr. Linus Pauling said: ” Everyone should know that the so‑called war on cancer is an absolute lie “.

Foods that contribute most to the development of cancer

Approximately 1,400 people die of cancer every day. Every day.

During a Senate committee session investigating the links between diet and cancer, it was publicly documented that the main carcinogens are the consumption of:

  1. meat
  2. unhealthy fats
  3. dairy products

Dr. Mark Hegsted, an expert in healthy nutrition from Harvard University, was asked to express his opinion before the Federal Trade Commission on whether the same factors that cause cardiovascular disease were also the cause of increasing numbers of cancer cases.

He admitted that the increasing numbers of various cancers (prostate cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer and cancer of other parts of the human body) were caused by the Western style of eating.

As public interest grew in the true causes of the rising number of cancer patients, companies selling dairy or meat products joined forces with tobacco giants.

They then began looking for common ways and methods aimed at misleading the lay public about the real causes of cancer and spreading lies such as ” anything can cause cancer “.

Colon cancer

In the 1970s the professional journal Journal of the National Cancer Institute published a series of studies that suggested a direct relationship between meat consumption and colon cancer.

The meat industry came up with the defense that people have a genetic potential to develop colon cancer.

Studies carried out at the National Cancer Institute showed that people who did not eat meat before the study and began to consume it subsequently developed colon cancer.

The meat industry immediately issued a statement that various components of our diet were responsible for cancer.

National Cancer Institute therefore organized new studies examining the link between cancer and 119 specific components of our diet. Of all the components tested, meat was identified as by far the strongest carcinogenic factor.

Dr. BERG, who led these studies, admitted that: ” The overall results of the experiments clearly point to an increased risk of cancer with more frequent consumption of meat “.

Scientists have clearly proven that the lower the fiber consumption, the higher the likelihood of cancer.

Since meat, eggs and dairy products contain large amounts of fat and no fiber, these products are the most dangerous carcinogens in our food chain.

The human body has enormous problems cleansing the intestines of decomposing bacteria, high fat content and lack of fiber, which are characteristic of consuming these foods.

The human intestine is long. In the abdominal cavity it is arranged so that for healthy and continuous movement (and subsequent elimination) it needs fiber.

The intestines of other carnivores (animals) are relatively short and basically straight, without folds, which shortens the time needed for their food to pass completely through the intestines and does not require fiber for constant movement.

Vegetarians should be aware that not only meat and dairy products contain substances harmful to health, but also foods such as margarine and various blended oils.
