But its uses don’t end there. Just start adding one teaspoon to a glass of water before bed and then drink it.

Let’s take a closer look at how apple cider vinegar can literally change your life.

1. Prevents insomnia and poor digestion
Apple cider vinegar treats bloating caused by inadequate digestion of food and its putrefaction in the digestive tract, during which a lot of gas is released.
