This then leads to an accelerated metabolism and fat burning while suppressing appetite.

If a person has low weight, consuming ginger could lead to further weight loss, muscle wasting, increased hair loss, or irregular menstruation.

What to consume instead of ginger

If you belong to any of the listed 4 groups, you can replace ginger with other foods.

For this purpose, hot peppers, chili, feferonky or cayenne pepper are most suitable.
