Put peeled chestnuts into a jar. Pour alcohol over them so the jar is full. Then close it. Place it in a warm sunny spot and let it macerate for 3 days. Then store the container in a dark, cool place and leave it for another 40 days. Then strain it. Now take the tincture, pour it into a bottle, add the extract and the oil. Stopper the bottle, and shake the contents thoroughly.

The substances contained in chestnuts support blood circulation and strengthen our vascular system. Rosemary oil restores the vessels. At the same time it removes metabolic waste from the body.
