Recently, American physician Richard Schulze presented a recipe for the most effective natural antibiotic, which can cure almost any infectious disease and many others.
It is a tincture, which like previous tinctures is a very effective natural remedy, because it retains all the medicinal properties of the plants. However, use it with caution, because it is a really strong and concentrated preparation.
Ingredients:
If you want this tincture to be as effective as possible, use the purest organic ingredients you can for its preparation. If you cannot obtain any of them, the ones you can buy in a store will suffice.
You will need the following:
- unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
- fresh chili peppers or hot peppers (the spiciest you can find)
- red onion
- garlic
- horseradish
- fresh ginger root
Procedure:
1. First, finely chop all the ingredients.
2. Then place them in a larger glass container and pour apple cider vinegar over them so that the level is at least 7 to 8 cm above all the other ingredients.
3. Close the container and shake it.
4. Then place it in a dark place and let it steep for 2 to 6 weeks. The longer you let it sit, the stronger the elixir will be.
5. Occasionally during the steeping, shake the container so that its components mix better.
6. After steeping, strain the tincture using cheesecloth or a stainless steel funnel with a strainer, and press the solid mass to extract all the liquid from it.
7. Finally, pour the tincture into smaller glass containers, preferably dark-colored, to protect it from sunlight.
8. Store the finished tincture in a dark and cool place (it does not have to be a refrigerator).
Dosage
You can use the tincture as a remedy for various health problems, but also to strengthen immunity or improve digestion. You can take it daily.
The simplest way is to mix 1-2 teaspoons in a glass of water and drink it. To improve the taste you can also add a little honey to the water.
When using the tincture, don’t forget to drink plenty of fluids, preferably plain water.
To prevent this, drink a glass of water daily with 1-2 teaspoons of the tincture.
However, if you are treating health problems, take 5-6 glasses of the water-and-tincture mixture per day (i.e., up to 12 teaspoons of tincture per day).
Because this amazing natural tonic contains no toxins, it has many health benefits.
