Quick recipe for a great dish

If you’re looking for a recipe for a dish you can prepare in a few moments after a hard day at work, then read on. Prepare 1 to 1.5 kg of potatoes, half a kilo of mushrooms (fresh or from a can), 2 to 3 eggs, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of plain flour, salt, sunflower oil

Preparation of the mushroom parcels

Cook the potatoes in their skins and let them cool. Then peel them and grind them in a meat grinder. If you don’t have a grinder, mash them with a masher or a fork. Now add the eggs, a little salt and flour. Mix everything. You should end up with a smooth, uniform mass.

Chop the onion and sauté it with the mushrooms. In your palm, form a patty of the potato mixture and fill it with mushrooms. Fold it over. If necessary, seal any holes where mushrooms are peeking out with more potato mixture. You should create a parcel that is completely smooth and from which no mushrooms will stick out. Coat on both sides in plain flour. Finally, all that’s left is to fry. Fry in oil until the dumplings are golden.
