Some people have a forehead „naturally“ smooth and despite the passing years this fact does not change dramatically, while others have a forehead furrowed with wrinkles from a young age that only deepen with age.
Besides the genetic code that everyone carries within them, a person can also influence the formation of wrinkles themselves. Factors that play a significant role here are especially smoking and also the overall lifestyle. However, it cannot be forgotten that even if a person does their utmost in the fight against wrinkles, they cannot completely prevent their formation, because it is a natural manifestation of aging that no one completely avoids.
If you want to smooth wrinkles not only on the forehead as much as possible, we will advise you how to make an effective cream at home. Its goal is to give the skin elasticity, because that is lost with age and the loss is deepened precisely by the aforementioned smoking.
Ingredients for making homemade anti-wrinkle cream
To prepare this effective homemade cream, you will need
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 tablespoons petroleum jelly
- 2 egg yolks, and
- 2 teaspoons honey.
Preparation method
First melt the prescribed amount of petroleum jelly in a water bath, then add both egg yolks to it and stir the mixture thoroughly. Also add the two remaining ingredients, namely the coconut oil and honey. Remove the resulting mixture from the steam bath and stir again. Then pour the resulting emulsion into a cream jar.
Ways to use the cream
You can either use the cream in the usual way like any other cream or you can also use it as a mask. In the latter case apply it in a thicker layer to the face and leave it on for approximately 40 minutes. Then rinse the face with warm water and apply a thin layer of the cream again, which you then gently massage into the skin. This procedure should be repeated daily for a visible result.
