It really works
A friend introduced this honey-cinnamon drink to me a few months ago; she drank it for several weeks and really got rid of excess body weight. I had to try it too, because I had also noticed imperfections on my own body. After trying it I’m delighted! It really works!
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation:
- Boil the water.
- Add the ground cinnamon and let the water cool for 30 minutes.
- Then add the honey and stir well.
- Put the drink in the refrigerator.
Every evening before bed
Drink the beverage every evening at least half an hour before going to bed and you’ll be ready to depart to a magical realm of dreams. You can prepare the drink fresh each time, or increase the quantities of the ingredients and prepare it, for example, a week in advance – always keep it in the refrigerator.
Why cinnamon and honey?
In conclusion, a few words on why honey and cinnamon are used to prepare a slimming drink. In fact, the explanation is fairly simple. Honey is one of the healthiest foods overall; it contains many health-beneficial substances and nutrients. Cinnamon is known to support fat burning, and thus weight loss. The combination of these two ingredients in no way harms the body; on the contrary.
