- Raisins – 150g
How to do it?
Ideally prepare this decoction in the evening so it can steep overnight.
Wash the raisins thoroughly. Start boiling the water and add the raisins.
Then boil the raisins for another 20 minutes. After that cover with a lid and let it infuse overnight.
In the morning reheat this decoction and drink on an empty stomach, at least half an hour before breakfast.
