There are many symptoms of menopause, and everyone has at least read about them. Night sweats, hot flashes or vaginal dryness are the most typical and, above all, among the first.

Each woman perceives these symptoms differently. A woman usually notices changes in her body after the age of 45. The first signs, however, can appear many years earlier. What should women of mature age prepare for?

Night sweating is an unpleasant problem. Hot flashes occur at night during sleep, followed by sweating. The cause may not only be the onset of menopause but also the temperature in the room where you sleep.

Irregular periods usually alert women that something is not right. They can be caused by a drop in the levels of several hormones, and it’s appropriate to consult your doctor.

Irritation and itching in the vagina are among the most unpleasant things a woman can experience. However, there are many effective remedies that prevent vaginal dryness and help a woman feel comfortable.

During menopause you may also be surprised by hair loss. It is caused by a lack of estrogen. For most women this symptom is worrying, but there are appropriate products that can help protect or restore the condition of the hair.

During this period, not only the body changes

One symptom is mood changes. Women may feel like they’re on a roller coaster; in the morning they may be in a great mood, while in the afternoon they’d rather have everyone stay out of their way. These are caused by hormonal imbalance, and although it may not seem so, they can be alleviated.
