Ingredients
To prepare this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
- 10 tablespoons of ordinary table salt (sea salt or Himalayan salt can also be used)
- sunflower or olive oil
- a preserving jar with a volume of 0.2 to 0.3 liters
Preparation
Pour the salt into the jar, cover it with oil and stir with a spoon. Close the jar and let it sit for a few days.
The salt should not dissolve in the oil; it only needs to impart the necessary properties to it.
Application
Every morning apply the oil to the skin in the areas of pain. Whether it’s the joints of the hands, feet, or the spine.
Gently massage the painful areas while doing so. Start with a 2 to 3-minute massage and then add another minute each day until you reach 20 minutes.
After the massage, wipe your skin with a paper napkin and then finally with a warm towel.
Sometimes this massage can slightly irritate the skin, so you can apply, for example, baby powder after finishing the application.
The entire course should last at least 10 days.
