A few weeks ago the coronavirus infection was only a distant threat. A few days ago, however, it became a terrifying reality even in our area. Non-perishable foods and disinfectant products suddenly became scarce goods. However, some things you can make comfortably at home.

It has been a few days since we gave you instructions on creating a homemade antibacterial hand gel . Disinfecting wipes are also slowly disappearing from store shelves. Even in this case you can use products that you should easily be able to find at home.

Disinfecting wipes

Ingredients:
  • a container with a plastic lid
  • a roll of multi-layer paper towels
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of pure alcohol
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid soap
  • 10 drops of essential oil (you can omit the oil)
  • scissors
  • knife

Instructions:

Find a plastic container that the wipes will fit into. It must not be a metal container, because it can rust from the inside. Cut the paper towels in half and put them into the container. In a bowl, mix the vinegar, water, alcohol, soap and the oil if you want to use it. Then pour the liquid over the paper towels so they absorb the mixture. That’s all — just use them.
