Become slimmer and call kiwi to your aid! This very fruit can quickly cleanse your body, burn excess fat without loss of muscle mass, and also supply you with nutrients and vitamins during the winter period.

Kiwi contains natural carnitine, a plant-based fat burner. It is rich in fiber, vitamin C, flavonoids and antioxidants. In addition, it is low in calories and therefore suitable for dieting, because its fibrous structure helps control appetite.

Consume 1 kiwi on an empty stomach if you do not suffer from stomach ulcers or gastritis. Some people eat it with the skin, which also contains a lot of nutrients and fiber. If you peel a kiwi in the morning, you will give your body energy for the whole day.

Among other things, it cleanses the intestines and can cope with overeating. It has been shown that uncontrollable cravings to overeat are due to a lack of certain substances in the body, for example zinc, which is also present in this fruit.

Kiwi day

You should do it once, at most 2x a week. During this day it is recommended to consume 6 kiwis and drink 1.5 liters of low-fat kefir or unsweetened plain yogurt. The digestive system will rest during this fast and the intestines will be cleansed. Thanks to this you can even lose 2 kg after one day of fasting!

During the day you can also make smoothies: in a blender mix kefir or yogurt with kiwi and orange or berries. This way you will liven up your menu and it will not be as radical as it may seem at first glance, moreover it does not change anything about cleansing the body!

We offer you two more tips for a kiwi diet, which are calculated for 7 days. After one week you will not recognize yourself in the mirror! Your body will receive the necessary vitamins and you will not mourn lost muscle mass. Through this diet you can lose up to 6 kg!


  1. breakfast

Prepare a salad from leafy lettuce, 1 pepper, 1 kiwi and 2 stalks of green onion. Then add 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard or lemon juice to the vegetable mix.

  1. Mid-morning snack, 2 hours after breakfast

Make a smoothie: blend 1 green apple, 1 kiwi and 1 banana. If you can't make a smoothie, simply eat the fruit.

  1. lunch

Pour 3 tbsp of oat flakes over 250g of yogurt, add a handful of raisins and finely chopped tangerines together with the kiwi. Let the flakes stand for 15 minutes to soften and you will have an energy-rich lunch!

  1. snack

Fruit salad: 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 kiwi and 250ml of kefir or yogurt. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon.

  1. dinner

Cook 50g of rice, then add 1 kiwi, 1 apple or pear, lettuce leaves and 250ml of kefir. The composition of this salad may look strange, but it is really tasty!

  1. before bedtime

Optional: you can eat 1 orange or drink 1 glass of kefir.

Protein diet with kiwi

  1. breakfast

Prepare a salad from 100g of cooked brown rice, 1 kiwi diced, 1 grated apple and 30 g of feta cheese. Pour it all with a cup of green tea.

  1. Mid-morning snack, 2 hours after breakfast

1 banana and 1 kiwi. If possible, prepare a smoothie from 1 banana, 1 kiwi and 1 lemon.

  1. lunch

Dice 150 g of cooked chicken breast, half a grapefruit, 2 kiwis, 1 finely chopped hard-boiled egg and a little green onion. Salt, pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and add 1 tbsp of olive oil.

  1. snack

Prepare a salad from half a banana, 2 kiwis, 1 tsp of raisins and 200g of low-fat unsweetened yogurt. If you don't have yogurt, you can use kefir.

  1. dinner

Slice 50 g of feta cheese and 2 kiwis. Add 50 g of cooked brown rice, 1 tsp of olive oil and lightly sprinkle with basil.

  1. before bedtime

Drink 1 glass of kefir or yogurt.
