We greet all cooking enthusiasts. We are now preparing daily meal tips for you that will come from our group. Our careful and very skilled cooks  
share their dishes with others and we pick the best ones for you. Today it is pork tenderloin with spinach, English bacon and baked potatoes as a side dish. 
So let’s get started, it doesn’t look very complicated. 

Ingredients: 

pork tenderloin
English bacon 
baby spinach 
olive oil
salt
pepper 
 

 

Clean the tenderloin, make an opening in the middle and fill it with English bacon and baby spinach, season with salt,
brush with olive oil and let rest for 1 hour. Then sear it quickly in a pan
with a little oil on all sides and put it in the oven, which we have preheated to 220°C, for 7 minutes,
take it out, wrap it in foil and let it rest.
