In today’s article we bring you the meal plan for a three-day diet that will make you 3 kilograms lighter.
After the diet you can continue to eat as usual, but avoid consuming bread and flour products, as well as foods such as: french fries, fried foods and sweet soft drinks.
It is advisable to repeat this three-day diet every 10 days until you reach your desired weight.
That means: for 3 days you will follow the meal plan below, and for the next 10 days you will eat as usual, taking care to avoid overeating and strictly unhealthy foods.
Day 1
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, a cup of unsweetened green tea
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 120g cooked or baked fish, a cup of green tea
Snack: an apple, unsweetened yogurt (max 3.5% fat)
Dinner: steamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, peas, green beans, etc), cottage cheese
Day 2
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, a cup of green tea
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs, 120g chicken breast, a cup of green tea
Snack: an apple, yogurt
Dinner: 120g cottage cheese, a rusk, a glass of low-fat kefir
Day 3
Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs, a cup of orange juice
Lunch: 2 egg whites, 120g cooked red meat, a cup of green tea
Snack: an apple, yogurt
Dinner: 2 baked potatoes, a vegetable salad, a cup of green tea
