Perfectly prepared dessert
Every baked good you prepare for yourself and your family, for example for the weekend, should be moist, tasty and sufficiently sweet. Only then will you enjoy a moment of relaxation with a delicious cup of coffee. What will you need to prepare this bundt cake?
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 300 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 300 g flour
- 4 cups cocoa
- 100 g walnuts
- 10 g baking powder
- vanilla
- oil
- powdered sugar for decoration
First mix all the liquid ingredients
To obtain a quality and moist batter, start with the liquid ingredients. Crack two eggs into a large bowl and add the milk and melted butter. Mix everything thoroughly. As the next ingredient choose the granulated sugar, which should at least partially dissolve in the liquid mixture by beating. You will get a sweetened, liquid mass.
Add the flour, cocoa and baking powder to this mixture. Mix all the ingredients carefully, and finally add vanilla for flavor. Chop the walnuts into small pieces or grind them in a blender. Sprinkle them into the batter and mix again thoroughly. You will get a slightly liquid, lump-free batter that you can prepare for baking.
Prepare the bundt pan
Thoroughly grease the bundt pan with oil or another fat. Only then will the cake not stick to the sides of the pan. Turn the oven on to 180 °C and let it heat up. Then pour the batter into the pan and let it bake for at least 25 minutes, until the surface is golden. Finally remove the bundt cake from the pan and sprinkle the top with powdered sugar for decoration.
