The concept of coronavirus has become the main topic of most Slovak and international media. During two months a global panic of enormous proportions has developed, the likes of which have not been seen for decades. The Czechs view the situation all the more badly because in our country the number of infected patients keeps growing every day. The story of a preschool teacher, however, is so shocking that few people can handle it calmly.
Probably none of you missed the fact that several cases of infection with the new virus originating from Asia have been confirmed in the Czech Republic.
The disease is spreading at an uncontrollable speed, but the leading representatives of our state constantly reassure citizens that medical personnel and authorities are fully prepared for the epidemic.
The relatives of the infected childcare teacher are said to have revealed extremely disturbing circumstances of her examination.
The teacher is said to have infected others at a celebration, after which several people from Austria and the Czech Republic remained in quarantine with positive blood test results.
When she realized that she herself might be facing the virus, she immediately reported to the relevant authority and requested urgent medical care in order to prevent further spread of the disease.
However, members of her family testified that the woman was met with a rather unpleasant response from the competent authorities.
Are we really prepared for coronavirus ?!
,, She literally had to demand to be examined. They downplayed her symptoms and the high temperature, she had to beg them. She had to get to the examination on her own because they refused to send an ambulance! Apparently there are only a few specialists. The teacher doesn’t drive, but she is responsible and so knew she couldn’t take public transport, so she decided to call a taxi. Of course she wore a mask. Instead of blood tests they took swabs for her examination, even though this way you wait longer for results,” the teacher’s family claim.
,, After the changed examination they sent her home again on her own. Her experience shows that the Czech Republic is not prepared at all and the competent authorities are approaching it dangerously laxly!” continues the terrifying testimony about the case of the woman, who is at this time already hospitalized in a hospital. The whole situation is all the more startling because the Prime Minister in a recent special address urged people that if they suspect illness they should not leave their home, but immediately call an ambulance, which should pick up every potential patient!
