Beetroot can be used not only to prepare soups. You can make a salad, a cocktail, a pie, a pizza and even cutlets or cakes.

These unassuming leaves and small beets are a real treasure trove of vitamins and minerals. They have a huge impact on our health and can easily replace several dietary supplements, because they positively affect the skin, hair and nails, reduce tension, help fight stress, as well as detoxify and deodorize the body … And that’s not all!
