Preparation
1. First clean the carrot, apple and beetroot and then juice them in a juicer.
2. Then squeeze the juice from the lemon and the orange.
3. Now mix everything together.
4. If you want, also add 2 to 3 teaspoons of honey to sweeten and improve the taste.
5. Stir again so that the honey completely dissolves in the juice.
It’s best to prepare the juice fresh each time – this preserves the maximum amount of vitamins and enzymes.
However, we understand that constantly washing the juicer is a lot of work. Therefore you can prepare a larger quantity of juice at once.
However, keep any unused portion in a glass bottle in the refrigerator, but not for longer than 12 hours.
Usage
