Sometimes you feel as if you have the whole world in the palm of your hand. It may sound a bit lofty, but you could say that you really do have yourself in that palm.

The specific points located on it can actually alleviate pain in other parts of the body.

Here is a guide on what you need to do:

1. Press the appropriate point on the palm, thumb, or finger for 5 seconds.

2. Release for 3 seconds.

3. Press the point again.

4. Repeat this process for several minutes.

5. Repeat the entire procedure several times a day
