However, an opinion has also appeared in society that if a person rests and sleeps during the day, they are lazy or a fool who has nothing to do in life and must fill it with sleeping. Physiologists, however, have a different view.

Physiologists think that it’s appropriate to sleep even twice a day

Daytime sleep can be very useful. But how much time is appropriate to sleep during the day and what is too much? Your body might thank you for this change. This has proven that daytime sleep helps the body a lot.

What are the benefits of daytime sleep?

Sleeping during the day can improve your mood, it also increases the amount of the hormone serotonin in the body and therefore you will feel happier. Self-confidence, calm and a good mood are the keys to a harmonious life. A nap during the day also increases the ability to absorb information.
