If you constantly feel tired and without energy, with no apparent reason, then it’s probably time for a detoxification.
Regular cleansing of the body from poisons and toxins is extremely important. Otherwise you will be more susceptible not only to fatigue but also to various infections from viruses and bacteria.
In today’s article we will show you one simple, quick, yet very effective method of detoxification.
2-day detox plan
This plan is exactly what you need to optimize the function of the kidneys, intestines, liver, lungs and lymphatic system. These are the organs that naturally take part in cleansing the body, but they can sometimes become weakened or, figuratively speaking, “clogged”.
For optimal results you should follow this detox plan at least twice a year, always for a minimum of 2 days, for example over a weekend.
If it does not cause you any problems, you can do it longer, up to a maximum of 10 days.
During the detoxification be more active, take more walks and drink plenty of fluids in the form of plain water or teas.
Green, nettle, birch or dandelion tea is recommended.
Day 1
In the morning immediately after waking up drink 250 ml of lukewarm water. You can add a little lemon juice to it if you want.
Breakfast: Before breakfast drink another 250 ml of lukewarm water. Eat 200 ml of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of freshly ground flax seeds mixed with 250 ml of plain Greek yogurt.
In the morning drink plain water, green tea or almond milk.
Lunch: Before lunch drink again 250 ml of lukewarm water. Eat 250 grams of barramundi (it can also be trout), 1 baked potato and 300 grams of a salad made from tomato, Swiss cheese and salad leaves or arugula, all drizzled with olive oil.
Snack: Again before eating drink 250 ml of lukewarm water, then eat 1 apple, 50 ml of pumpkin seeds and 1 plain yogurt.
Dinner: Before dinner drink 250 ml of lukewarm water or anise tea. For dinner have 300 grams of any vegetable salad drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with lemon juice.
As the main dish eat 150 grams of cooked vegetables (spinach or broccoli) and 250 ml of a green smoothie (use spinach, celery, banana and apple).
Day 2
In the morning immediately after waking up drink 250 ml of lukewarm water. If you like, you can again add a little lemon juice to the water.
Breakfast: Blend 200 ml of oats and 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds in 200 ml of almond milk or in plain yogurt.
During the morning drink green tea.
Lunch: As usual before the meal drink 250 ml of lukewarm water. For lunch have a vegetable soup (pepper, beans, potatoes, carrot, onion, celery).
The second meal will be 200 grams of grilled chicken and 150 grams of pickled cucumbers (without rice or potatoes).
Snack: For a snack you can have 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: Before the meal again drink 250 ml of lukewarm water. For dinner eat boiled red beet (beetroot) and carrot, seasoned with lemon.
Then prepare a 300 ml smoothie from almonds, banana, raspberries or blueberries, spinach, kale and cucumber. After dinner drink nettle tea.
A few notes
You can repeat this detox over the already mentioned 2 to 10 days

As for lukewarm water, heat it in a pot or an electric kettle. Never drink hot water directly from the tap, because it is for utility use only, not potable.
