If you need less or more of the preparation, adjust the ingredients in the ratio 1 part salt to 2 parts olive oil.
Preparation
Mix the oil with the salt and pour the mixture into a glass container. Close it for 2 days.
After 2 days the home remedy is ready to use.
Usage
In the morning, immediately upon waking, apply the mixture to the affected area where you feel pain. Massage the skin thoroughly.
Start with a massage for 2 to 3 minutes and gradually increase the time. Doctors recommend a massage of about 20 minutes, which should be enough.
Finally wash the skin with a damp cloth.
If at the end you find that your skin is slightly irritated, apply a natural, harmless chemical cream to it. Alternatively you can use baby powder.
