If clogged nasal cavities trouble you, Dr. Alan Mandell came up with a method that anyone can use to help themselves. He started from the assumption that movement is important for the functioning of all processes in the body. Movement is a fundamental prerequisite of health. Nasal cavities trouble millions of people around the world, problems related to

  • and allergies
  • to what they inhale, but also
  • to the common cold.

Complex of facial sinuses

The cavities in the face are divided into several groups: two large ones are located under the eyes, two more, a bit smaller, lie above the eyes, another between the eyes, and some even behind the eyes. The surface of all the sinuses is formed by mucous membrane, made up of cells that produce mucus. There are also microscopic structures resembling bristles when examined under a microscope. This whole system participates in filtering what enters the nose. However, if mucus production increases, the sinuses begin to become clogged and even swell, which can cause severe pain.

Restoring system functionality through movement

Dr. Mandell himself had major sinus problems in the past, which prompted him to think about a possible solution. It was then that he realized that lack of movement also causes loss of functionality. The solution to clogged sinuses is therefore to set the nasal septum in motion by pulling it to the sides (on both sides of the nose). Just 10 seconds is enough to stimulate the nerve endings and subsequent drainage, that is, the removal of excess substances from the sinuses. After a very short time you will feel significant relief and will feel much better.

Detailed description of the technique

As for the actual procedure, start with the left side of the nose and face. Press with your left thumb under the left cheekbone, upwards and toward the imaginary ten o’clock on a clock face. Place the index and middle fingers of your right hand side by side on the lower part of the nose from the left side and push in the opposite direction to the left thumb. After 10 seconds do the same on the right side of the nose and face, mirroring the movement.

With this procedure you have stimulated the neurological structures of the nasal area, which will cause the drainage of excess fluids and deposits. You will notice changes within 10 to 15 minutes. You can repeat this technique several times a day.

Dr. Mandell is convinced that this innovative procedure will help many people with their problem, just as it helped him personally.
