There is no universal rule for regular bowel movements. The normal range is between one and three bowel movements per day. - 0.5 cup of oats
- 1 apple
- 3–4 spinach leaves
- 10 strawberries, or alternatively a handful of blackcurrants or raspberries
- 150 ml water
Pour 100 ml of water over the oats, add the flax seeds and leave everything in the fridge overnight. In the morning blend everything in a blender to obtain a smooth paste. Then add all the other ingredients and blend again. Drink the beverage immediately after mixing all the ingredients. Drink it every day for one week and your bowel movements will become regular.

It will get rid of acne and gray, scaly skin.
