That smoking causes many health problems, everyone knows that nowadays. Our lungs naturally suffer the most. We may be more prone to bronchial inflammation or easily develop „the smoker’s cough“. However, even as passive smokers we can face similar problems if we regularly spend time in the presence of people with this vice.

Or in environments that are cigarette-smoke „soaked“, such as pubs, various clubs, discos and other places where a lit cigarette is part of the indoor culture. Fortunately there are several natural remedies that help remove tar, toxins and other substances from the lungs and thus prevent further problems.

What will you need to make it?

This recipe is very easy and you don’t need to hunt for particularly exotic ingredients; everything can be purchased in an ordinary supermarket. It is also quite likely that you already have all the ingredients at home.

  • A 3 cm piece of turmeric root or 2 tablespoons of powdered turmeric
  • 400 grams of garlic
  • A 4 cm piece of ginger root
  • 400 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 liter of water

Let the sugar boil in the water, then add finely chopped garlic, ginger and turmeric. Bring the mixture to a boil. Then let it cool and put it into a glass container; the remedy needs to be stored in the refrigerator.

How to use

Consume 2 tablespoons twice a day – that is, before breakfast and in the evening after a meal. For better elimination of toxins from the body we also recommend adding regular exercise and spending time or moving outdoors in the fresh air, of course without exposure to smoke.

The very best, however, is to completely avoid the presence of smoke. Because if you are constantly in contact with it, you will most likely have to deal with the situation repeatedly and more serious problems may develop that the above recipe will not be enough to address. Therefore consider your options regarding necessary contact with smokers or the need for your own smoking. After all, it’s your choice and, above all, your health.
