  2.  You can hold the ice cube there with your hand or attach it with some kind of bandage.
  3.  Leave the ice to act for several minutes, or until it has completely melted.
  4. At first you may feel slight discomfort because of the cold, but within 30 to 60 seconds you will begin to feel a rush of warmth in that area.
