If you do not eat properly, you should remember that the liver cannot properly perform its protective function and you thus give free rein to various very serious diseases, such as cirrhosis, fatty liver or hepatitis.

In addition to adjusting your diet and overall lifestyle, you can also perform an effective liver detoxification that requires only two completely ordinary but uniquely effective ingredients.

Detox drink from raisins

This drink not only cleanses and protects the liver, but also the intestines. For its preparation you will need only 3 glasses of water and 1 cup of raisins. The procedure is simple. Start by thoroughly washing the raisins under running water, then put them in a pot, pour the prescribed amount of water over them and bring to a boil. From the moment the water starts to boil, cook the raisins for 2 minutes and then remove the pot from the heat. Leave the raisins to soak for a full 24 hours and then begin consuming them.

The infusion is meant for drinking, with its temperature not being critical so you can choose the temperature of the drink that suits you best. However, it is important to drink the beverage always on an empty stomach. This cure should last at least a week, during which you should follow the principles of healthy eating and avoid consuming alcoholic beverages. The effects of the treatment appear already after two days.
