Doctor Ivan Pavlovič Neumyvakin, for example, claimed that tea is not suitable for the body and he does not recommend drinking it.

Before beginning treatment itself it is first good to change your habits. Although the doctor belonged to the top, he still constantly searched for possible options to cure people using folk medicine and also people who focus on traditional and natural medicine. Dr. Ivanovich introduced several principles that everyone who wants to stay healthy for a long time should follow.
The first of them is that we should eat less. Gradually we should reduce our food portions because it is the first step to staying healthy. Overeating is harmful; moreover you also damage your digestion. Unfortunately most people gulp down food terribly; we eat when we are angry or while watching television and we do not notice at all what we eat and how much we consume. We should focus on our food and pay attention mainly to chewing and biting. We should not mix foods high in carbohydrates with proteins together.
Rest after eating and do not eat at night
After a meal it is necessary to rest for several minutes. Do not get up from the table too quickly, eat slowly, calmly and enjoy your food. Let the digestive system do its work and don’t rush. Otherwise you will feel heavy and it will be hard to work with a heavy stomach. Your last meal should be no later than seven o’clock in the evening. This will prevent you from overeating and help you avoid excess weight.
Treat yourself to a glass of water always 10-15 minutes before a meal. You should not drink during the meal at all, nor after eating. Drinking after a meal disrupts the proper functioning of the intestines and could make your stomach hurt. Every day consume at least two liters of water; feel free to start with smaller amounts, but you must get used to a drinking regimen. The less water you drink, the more you will retain it.
Hot food is not suitable; once a week make yourself a special day
Warm food belongs to the unhealthy. Always wait a moment until it cools down and then start eating. The same rule applies to drinking hot beverages. One day a week you can experiment with food and treat yourself to, for example, only vegetables or fruit juices. If you fast at least once a week, you will strengthen your metabolism and cleanse your organs.
You can do squats or push-ups to stay in shape. If you cannot exercise, include ordinary walking in your exercise plan. If you are not truly hungry, you should not eat. Learn to listen to your body, which will tell you when it is truly hungry and when it is actually thirst. To stay healthy, it is necessary to train the spirit and psyche as well. Only if you feel good will your body function properly.
