Before placing the food in the oven, several punctures should be made in the bag with a toothpick or knife in the upper part so that excess steam can escape.
When putting it into the oven, take care that the bag does not touch the walls and especially the top.
During baking do not use the convection heat setting so that the bag or its closure does not melt.
