Many women occasionally ask themselves whether it is possible to stop menstruation when they really need it to disappear as quickly as possible. During menstruation a woman really does not feel her best and any woman would do anything to speed up or stop this process.

Menstrual cycle

Whenever the menstrual cycle is to be interrupted, this process should take place under a doctor’s supervision. If a doctor does not monitor this process, it could lead to serious disruption of a woman’s reproductive system.

Fortunately, there are excellent natural substances that can trick this cycle.

Nettle

If you are worried about menstruation at an inconvenient time, make a decoction of nettles.

Honey

Honey can help menstruation arrive a little earlier. You should start taking honey 1 week before the start of the cycle, and because of that it will arrive a few days earlier.

Parsley

From parsley you can make a decoction that has similar effects to honey. It is advisable to use it 1 week before the start of the cycle.

Lemon

Lemon supplies the body with a lot of vitamin C, which can delay menstruation. Thanks to the vitamin there is a slowing or easing of the symptoms. However, lemon juice may not be suitable for all women because it can irritate the gastrointestinal tract.

Redshank knotweed

This plant contains substances that affect blood clotting. It soothes menstrual pain and can delay the menstrual cycle.

A decoction of this herb is prepared by pouring 250 ml of boiling water over 1 tbsp of dried redshank. Boil for 10 minutes in a water bath and then let cool.
Then add boiled water to the mixture so that the same amount of liquid remains as at the beginning.
We recommend taking 1 tbsp 3x a day.
Start taking the mixture 4 days before the cycle and the cycle will be delayed by those 4 days.

Final warning

Do not start interfering with your menstrual cycle without a doctor’s supervision. Such a procedure can affect the functioning of your body and seriously endanger bodily functions.
Before attempting to delay your cycle, consult your doctor.
