Other factors affecting graying

Besides hydrogen peroxide, other factors can influence graying, such as genetics or diet. Fortunately, there are natural ways to delay graying or to support melanin production again. Here are some proven methods to slow graying and regain natural hair color:

1. Folic acid

Daily intake of 300 to 400 micrograms of folic acid can significantly help in the fight against gray hair.
