Low-carbohydrate diet.

We must say that a diet low in carbohydrates will not require incredible willpower in the fight against cravings and is ideal for people who cannot restrict themselves much and constantly monitor feelings of hunger.

The basic rule of such a diet is to eat foods that contain as few carbohydrates as possible. At the same time, try to keep the portions not too large. The weight of your food portion should not exceed 200 grams. As you know, the largest amount of carbohydrates is in desserts, so if you reduce their amount in your diet, you can lose a few kilos.

However, completely eliminating sugar from the menu is undesirable, as it affects the psycho-emotional background: you can easily become irritable and lethargic.

Weekly diet menu:

Day 1:

– oatmeal,
– baked fish with cabbage salad,
– granulated cottage cheese.

 

Day 2:

– fruit with cottage cheese,
– boiled fish with vegetables,
– stewed zucchini with brown rice.

 

Day 3:

– one-egg omelette and children’s ham,
– baked beef with salad and herbs,
– roasted vegetables or mushrooms.

Day 4:

– low-fat cheese and vegetable salad,
– boiled vegetables with lean meat,
– salad of carrots, apples, cabbage and beets with flaxseed.

Day 5:

– oatmeal,
– boiled chicken with fresh vegetables,
– buckwheat porridge.

Day 6:

– 1–2 hard-boiled eggs and children’s ham,
– boiled beef and eggplant,
– stewed cabbage with plums.

Day 7:

– evening omelette and low-fat plain yogurt,
– vegetable soup with turkey meat,
– fish with a vegetable salad.
