Treatment of canker sores using salt
It’s ordinary salt. The only thing you need to do is dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of clean lukewarm water and use this solution to rinse your mouth for a few minutes. Then spit out the solution.
It works because salt can draw out and absorb the fluid from canker sores that contains the viruses causing them and dramatically accelerate the healing process. Repeat the procedure several times a day and within 24 hours the canker sores will be gone!

Like aloe, honey also has significant anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects. The best for this purpose is honeydew honey.
Simply apply it to the affected areas a few times a day. At first, honey applied to canker sores may cause pain, but this will soon pass.
Treatment of canker sores using sage
This useful herb effectively treats canker sores and provides quick relief.
Add 3 teaspoons of dried sage leaves to 4 dcl of boiling water and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Then strain the tea and rinse your mouth with it for several minutes a few times a day.
Treatment of canker sores using coriander
Coriander is another great herb with anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antifungal properties. It also helps relieve uncomfortable pain.
All you need to do is steep a few coriander leaves in a glass of boiling water, strain and let cool. Rinse your mouth with this liquid 3 to 4 times a day.
