Honey and nuts – a great combination. Since childhood we’ve been taught to consume this healthy and delicious treat, mainly in winter, when our body needs nutrients and energy more than at any other time of the year. Sometimes it happens that we overdo it and our stomach will properly thank us for it.

In our 30s problems with the gastrointestinal tract begin to appear and the attending physician will declare: “No more nuts with honey! The body cannot digest more than 100 g of nuts and, unless food poisoning occurs, the excess fats will begin to be stored on the hips and thighs. “

It has been found that there are products that are not compatible with each other. Their consumption can lead to disturbed digestion, flatulence, fermentation and putrefaction.

We have gotten used to consuming incompatible combinations, which is the reason for the development of most illnesses, including problems with overweight. Therefore we will reveal to you which foods are better not to eat so that you can preserve your health and youth!

Never combine milk with banana, acidic fruit, meat, fish or yeast bread. Can’t give up a banana-milkshake? Forget this combination if you still value your health. The same applies if you prepare meat or fish with a milk-based sauce.

Nightshade vegetables together with dairy products or cucumbers is a misstep and your body certainly won’t like it. Tomatoes, eggplant, sweet peppers or potatoes turned into potatoes with cheese, lasagna with tomatoes and cream sauce, or a simple salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers – unwanted combinations.

Always consume watermelon separately – do not mix it with yogurt, do not put it into a fruit salad, do not wash it down with chilled water or alcohol.

Honey and hot products are another inappropriate combination for our body. Honey should not be heated under any circumstances, otherwise its consumption can lead to the formation of toxins and we can forget about any positive effects. Before you sweeten your tea with honey, let it cool down. Unprocessed honey – a healing nectar, heat-treated honey – poison.

Beans should definitely not be consumed with milk, eggs, yogurt and even with fish.

Apples, pears, grapes, plums and watermelon are not recommended as a dessert after a hearty protein meal. The speed of digestion of these products is important. Do it as follows: first a salad, then something hot, later something sweet, and as a dessert the longed-for fruit.

So that food doesn’t just unnecessarily pile up in your stomach, try to follow these simple rules. There’s nothing hard about it, but if they seem too strict, start with fruit – eat it separately, either 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal.
