We present a homemade recipe for an easy tick repellent that repels them perfectly. Thanks to it, you don’t have to worry when walking in the woods. Ticks will steer clear of you and you won’t have chemicals on your skin.

Finding a suitable tick repellent isn’t easy, especially for someone with allergies and skin sensitive to the harsh chemicals that are used in many products of this kind.
Finding the right product on store shelves isn’t easy, and an old trick our grandmothers knew will help with this problem.
You can prepare the repellent for the whole summer and conveniently use it whenever needed.
What will you need?
- 2 tablespoons – white wine vinegar
- 1 liter of water
- fresh rosemary – 2 handfuls
- dried lavender sprigs – 2 handfuls
- spray bottle
How to make it?
Boil 1 liter of water in a kettle. Remove the water from the heat and add the lavender tops and the fresh rosemary to it.
Let the herbs steep in the water until it cools.
Then strain the infusion and add the wine vinegar.
Store this tick repellent in a spray bottle in a cool place – in the refrigerator.
Usage
You can spray the repellent on clothing as well as on the skin.
It is suitable for both people and pets.
