Syrup from young nettles is a small natural miracle. Nettle has a high content of vitamin C, benefits the heart and blood circulation, treats anemia, cleanses the body and improves hair quality.

Recipe No. 1:
We need:
- 40 top parts of nettles (collected in unpolluted places)
- 6 organic lemons
- 3 l of cold water
- 1 kg of cane sugar or 200 g of honey
Instructions:
1. Wash the nettles only by briefly immersing them in water.
2. Put the nettles and sliced lemons into a large sealable container. Cover and let macerate for 24 hours.
3. The next day, mix everything and strain the liquid through a sieve. Add the sugar / honey to it and let it rest for another day. If you added sugar, stir from time to time. If honey, there is no need to stir.
4. Store in a clean container in the refrigerator.
Recipe No. 2:
We need:
- 40 top parts of nettles (collected in unpolluted places)
- 40 g of citric acid
- 1.5 kg of cane sugar
- 2 l of cold water
Instructions:
1. Wash the nettles only by briefly immersing them in water.
2. Put them into a pot and pour boiling water over them. Add the citric acid, cover and let steep for 24 hours.
3. The next day strain the liquid through a sieve. Put it on the stove and warm it a little. Add the sugar and stir. If foam forms, remove it with a ladle.
4. Let the syrup cool and pour into clean jars. Sterilization is not necessary.
