Reduces the risk of heart disease

Walnuts contain very high amounts of calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, vitamins A, B and E, which can play an important role in maintaining the health of the heart and skeletal system. Thanks to their antioxidant content, they regulate cholesterol levels and blood pressure.

Against stomach problems

To use walnuts against stomach problems, soak 5 tablespoons of green walnut shells in 300 ml of water and let them steep for 10 hours. Then strain the mixture and boil for 5 minutes. This mixture is very effective against stomach ailments and intestinal infections.

Against warts

If you are struggling with warts, rub the affected area several times a day with green walnut shells. After some time the wart will dry up and go away on its own.

Against urinary tract infections

Walnuts are recommended for urinary tract infections, coughs, various skin diseases and varicose veins.

Detoxifies the liver

For liver detoxification you can use the following recipe: chop 10 larger walnuts into pieces and soak them for 20 days in a liter of spirits. Then discard the walnuts and add three cloves, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a kilo of sugar, the peel of an orange and 1 liter of water to the resulting juice. Take one tablespoon of this mixture after the main meal for one month.
