Fantastic recipes for drinks you might have before bed to feel their real effect. They work while you sleep.
Evening fat burner
We need:
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- a piece of lemon (a quarter is enough – or even less)
- A handful of parsley – the well-known miracle for weight loss
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon quality honey
- water
Instructions:
- Put the chopped parsley into a cup and add the other ingredients: apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and the squeezed lemon juice.
- Pour boiling water over it like a regular tea, stir well and let it cool to a temperature that makes the drink pleasant to drink.
- Then stir a teaspoon of honey into the drink and sip slowly.
Besides burning fat, you’ll also get better rest.

Golden milk
Turmeric works best in combination with fat – most often with quality milk and good oil. You will notice the effects of this drink on your health very soon, and with regular use it truly has amazing results. During chemotherapy or radiotherapy this drink is excellent as a supportive therapy that helps regenerate the body and stops the growth of cancer cells.
We need:
- 1 glass of coconut milk (can be replaced with goat’s or almond milk)
- ½ teaspoon turmeric paste
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- To taste: honey, cinnamon
Instructions:
- Bring the milk to a boil and then remove it from the heat (do not continue to cook it after it boils).
- Add the paste, stir and let it cool.
- When the drink cools, add the oil and honey.
Consume the drink before bed.
Note: To prepare turmeric paste we need 40 g of turmeric powder and 150 ml of water. Pour the powder into the water, stir and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 8 minutes until the mixture thickens. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water. The mixture should resemble thick cream
Parsley drink for fat loss
We need:
- 1 cucumber
- a bunch of parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera juice
- 1/2 glass of water
Instructions:
- Juice all the listed ingredients and have the drink before bed.
- You can use it for one month and then rest for one week.
- If necessary, you can repeat the cycle.
We need:
- 1 lemon
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 large orange
- honey to taste
- mint to taste
- 1 liter sparkling mineral water
Instructions:
- Blend one cucumber in a blender and slice the other.
- Juice the orange and lemon.
- Mix the cucumbers, juice and honey into a large pitcher and stir. Add the sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Pear and sage
We need:
- 10 fresh sage leaves1 lemon
- 250 ml pear juice (fresh or store-bought)
- 250 ml water
- 1 pear
- ice
Instructions:
Put the lemon slices and pear into a pitcher. Add the sage, crushed ice, the juice and the water. Stir and you can drink – it’s a perfect drink especially for hot days.
Grapefruit and cinnamon
We need:
- 500 ml grapefruit juice (fresh or store-bought)
- 700 ml water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 anise seed
- mint leaves
- ice to taste
- birch sugar – a pinch
Instructions:
- Mix the sugar, water and cinnamon in a pan and let it dissolve.
- Let it cool, put into a pitcher with the other ingredients and stir.
Lemon drink
We need:
- 5 lemons
- 1 liter of water
- mint
