Whoever tries it will certainly enjoy it. Its preparation is not complicated. Prepare the following ingredients:

  • 200gr powdered sugar
  • 2,5 dl sour cream
  • 1 lt milk
  • 1 dl sweet sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 200gr butter
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 gr cooking chocolate
  • 36 pcs biscuits or ladyfingers
  • 1 dl sweet cream
  • Coconut for sprinkling

Step by step instructions

Bring the milk to a boil, meanwhile whisk the eggs and the sour cream. Then pour them into the milk. Stir constantly until the whey begins to separate. Pour the mixture into a sieve prepared in advance, lined with a cloth. The whey will drain into a container, leaving us with the base for the filling. This takes about 2-3 hours.  Now cream the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the cheese that formed in the cloth into the cream and beat until smooth. Then fold in the sweet sour cream. Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Into one part of the mixture stir in the cocoa powder and the melted chocolate.

And now we’ll finish it off

On a sheet of food wrap, arrange 18 pcs of biscuits in a 3×6 format. Now spread the prepared chocolate-and-cocoa mixture over them. Now make the 2nd layer of biscuits, and if they seem dry, pour milk over them. Put another layer of the prepared mixture on top, this time without chocolate. Put the remaining chocolate cream in the center in the shape of a pyramid. Take all four corners of the wrap and wrap tightly so that the pyramid shape remains. You can heat the sweet cream, add chocolate, and pour the warm mixture over the pyramid. Finally, sprinkle with coconut. Let it cool well before serving. Enjoy.
