Water and boric acid
Mix 10 liters of water with 20 g of boric acid. Stir so that the acid can dissolve in the water and be absorbed into the garment. Let stand for 2 hours. Then wash the clothes in the washing machine as usual.
Potassium permanganate and laundry detergent
Mix 200 g of laundry detergent with 10 liters of hot water and a few crystals of potassium permanganate. Stir well until you have a faintly pink mixture; at this point spray the solution onto the garments you need to whiten. Let it sit until the water cools. Then wash the laundry in the usual way.
