Ingredients (1 cup):

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Method: 

You prepare golden milk by mixing all the ingredients in a pot and bringing to a boil for a few minutes. After straining, the mixture is ready to enjoy.
